Debbie Fredericksen is the Executive Vice President of Council 220 and the Regional Vice President for the Denver Region on the ODAR Council.She is also a Local President in Minnesota, representing field office and TSC employees in 18 offices (including Superior, Wisconsin) and ODAR employees in Fargo, North Dakota and a satellite office in
Sioux Falls, South Dakota.She has been with Social Security for 34 ½ years.Debbie is the oldest of 10 children and she has one stepson whom she’s raised since he was nine-years-old.Debbie also has two beautiful grandchildren, 23 nieces and nephews, along with 15 great nieces and nephews.

John has more than 20 years of Government service. He
was in the U.S. Army from 1977 to 1980 and he was hired by Social Security in
July, 1989. After his military service, he worked at a number of radio
stations in San Francisco and he also received his Bachelors Degree from San
Francisco State University. John has written stories for the Associated
Press, United Press International, and his stories have been used by the NBC
Radio network and ABC. He is currently a Claims Representative in the
Redding, Calif. SSA office and he writes stories for the Council 220
newsletters (UNITY and DIGEST). He and his wife have one teenage son.

Rosendo has over 28 years of combined federal service. He is a Veteran of several military campaigns while serving 16 years in the Michigan Army National Guard and over six years in the Michigan Air Force National Guard as a Logistics Specialist. He was hired in 2002 as a Bilingual Generalist Claims Representative in the Benton Harbor, MI Social Security Office. He is currently working in the Holland, Michigan District Office. He is the Executive Vice President of Local 3272. and the General Committee Representative for the AFGE C220 Chicago Region. " I look forward to resolving the challenges our sisters and brothers will face in the near future."

Jimmy
has been employed with Social Security since March, 1998. He was hired as a Claims
Representative (CR) in the Bowling Green, Kentucky office and served in that
capacity until August 2001, when he accepted the position of Field Representative.
He returned to the CR position in May, 2004 and still serves in that capacity. In
May, 2006 Jimmy was elected Executive Vice President of Local 3984, which represents
23 field offices in the state of Kentucky; he had previously served as Local
Steward for the Bowling Green office. He is heavily involved with three
critical elements of AFGE leadership: Organizing, Legislative Contacts, and
Representational duties. Jimmy has been married to his wife Cathy for 14 years
and they have two daughters, Makayle and Annabelle. Outside of work and AFGE,
he donates time to his local church, serving as an Elder and on various
committees.
Paul Demler has been a Claims Representative in the
Jamestown, New York Social Security Office since September, 1973. He currently serves as President of Local 3342 (which includes 18 field offices in Central and Western New York) and he is also the Local Rep for the Jamestown office.Prior to that, Paul was the Grievance Vice President, the Executive VP, Audit Committee Rep and editor of the Local newsletter. In addition, he serves on the Council 220 Legislative Action Committee and represents New York, New Jersey, and
Puerto Rico. Outside of work Paul is married to his wife of 34 years, Linda, and they have two grown daughters, Julie and Mariel. He volunteers on various church committees, a credit union committee, and is President of the community adult ice hockey league (and he’s still waiting to be called-up to the NHL).
Deborah Walker has been with the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) for 23 years and she is currently a paralegal.Deborah has been a Union member for 12 years and she is now the treasurer of Local 946, which covers ODAR offices in Oklahoma and Arkansas.She has two children and one grandson.
Karen Ross has been employed as a Customer Service Technician (CST) at the Wilkes Barre (Pennsylvania)

Center (WBDOC) since July, 2002. She has been a Union Steward since September, 2006 and she was recently elected the Chief Dayshift Steward for the WBDOC.Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management from
Mansfield
University.
Cindy Bonneau has worked for Social Security for over 22 years and has been a Clerical, an Administrative Aide, a Service Rep and an SSI Claims Rep.She works at the
West Dayton, Ohio office.Cindy became the Alternate Union Rep in that office in 1997 and has been the Office Rep there for more than seven years.She has also beeninvolved in the Legislative Committee of her Local and she went to the Legislative Conference for the first time in February, 2007.Cindy became an LMR-VP for Local 3448 in May, 2007.“I have enjoyed my involvement with AFGE and look forward to getting more involved,” she said recently.
Pam is Denver Regional Vice President for Councils 220 and 224, as well as President of Local 1802 in Trinidad, Colorado.She represents employees in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Minnesota.She began her career with Social Security in 2000 when she was hired as (and still proudly remains) a Service Representative.Prior to her career in Government service, she was a practicing attorney. In her spare time, Pam coaches high school speech and debate, is a “rabid” Denver Broncos fan, and she loves being involved in the life of her eight-year-old daughter Hallie.
